          When a company is boring for fiber optic or conduit in developed areas, there is a high risk of elevation changes running into previously installed utilities. This specific job involved hitting a water main in a subdivision, and we were the first emergency call to get the issue resolved. By coordinating with the municipality to isolate the water main and fast-tracking permits, we were able to get the site cleaned up, repaired, and back in service the same day.

          A Resident from Caldwell reached out in need of mass grading for additional parking and future development of their land. We were able to mobilize with our Cat grader and our John Deere 750 Dozer equipped with GPS to efficiently complete this project. We also included a access road built from granular subbase that was was rolled with compaction to give a driveway through the property. A shout out to Jovani who operated on this job and communicated with the client to ensure quality and another satisfied client.

          This Project was located in the city of Boise. The homeowner's septic system was failing and required frequent pumping costing hundreds of dollars. The city had installed sewer infrastructure throughout this neighborhood in the past, but this home was not tied in. Because of the homes proximity to the existing city sewer he was informed that he would be required to connect to the city main instead of replacing the septic. The city had run a sewer line into his property when the main was constructed to allow a tie-in without removing any sidewalk or asphalt. This stub was located 15' deep just behind the sidewalk. His existing sewer left the house in the backyard at 8' deep making trenching and install process especially challenging. It took several days to trench the 150' from the back yard to the tie in point at the sidewalk while maintaining proper grade with a margin for error of less than 3" from start to finish, but our team was up to the task. After several months of septic issues and more than a week of construction, he finally had a fully functioning sewer that will last for decades.
